Profile

Oliver Black is a Visiting Professor in both the School of Law and the Department of Philosophy at King’s. He has taught at Cambridge and been a fellow at the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a practising solicitor, working as Counsel at Linklaters, the international law firm, where he is head of the UK procurement law practice.

He is the author of Conceptual Foundations of Antitrust (CUP, 2005) and has published articles on various topics in law and philosophy. He has also published a novel. His current project is a book on Agreements in Philosophy and Law, to be published by CUP.
