School of Bioscience Education
The School of Bioscience Education offers a suite of related three-year BSc programmes exploring the systems and mechanisms underlying human body functioning, normal life processes and the biological and molecular changes that occur in human disease. We also offer several four-year MSci programmes, which focus on developing the research scientists of the future; these programmes include an extended project within one of our research laboratories in the final year. And our broad-based nutrition degree enables students to study the subject within the context of other biomedical sciences.
Our professionally-accredited degree programmes in nutrition and dietetics, pharmacy and physiotherapy combine rigorous scientific study with comprehensive practical skills training and clinical placements.
