Medical Decision Making and Informatics Research Group
The Medical Decision Making and Informatics Research Group is a newly formed, multidisciplinary group of clinicians, psychologists and computer scientists, with a focus on understanding and supporting clinical judgment and decision making. We are committed to improving the quality and safety of clinical care through the development of informatics tools for both decision making and clinical research.
The Group has received funding from the Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity in order to establish itself, and in the first three months has obtained funding from the European Commission (Framework 7), NIHR Health Technology Assessment Programme, Wellcome Trust and NIHR.
