Biography
Peter Haughton was appointed the Adviser in Medical Ethics and Law at UMDS, Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital in 1994. He was instrumental in establishing a National Core Curriculum for Medical Ethics and Law for Medical Undergraduates. His first degree was in Theology from KCL and has postgraduate degrees in Modern Theology & Moral Philosophy and Medical Ethics and Law. He is an Anglican priest and, in that capacity, has held posts in Higher Education, Parish and Hospice Chaplaincy.
