Although the main focus of the Division of Medical Education is delivery of the MBBS curriculum, many members of the Division are involved in educational research linked to this delivery.
The Communications and the Clinical Skills team continue to evaluate the innovative elements of their work, presenting this at a number of key national and international conferences. Their presentations have covered the areas of peer teaching, patient educators, interprofessional education and communications teaching.
The Virtual Campus team produce regular presentations at the Association for the Study of Medical Education (ASME) and the Association for the Study of Medical Education in Europe (AMEE) on the developments of the Virtual Campus and they have regular requests to disseminate their work to other institutions around the world.
