King's Mobile is an app aimed at current students but is also useful for members of staff. It is available via the Android and Apple app stores. A web version can also be accessed via a web browser on a computer, laptop or other device e.g. Windows phone, Blackberry.
It provides essential university information and services in a mobile-friendly format. King’s Mobile will be updated regularly with news, events, up-to-date contact details and the latest services available to students.
Features which are currently available on King's Mobile are listed below. You can find out more about each feature by clicking on the headings.
Provides detailed access information about buildings across the campuses at King's. This information is compiled by a company called disabledGo.
Provides students with all the essential information and guidance available from King’s Careers and Employability:
- Introduction – gives an introduction to King’s Careers & Employability and the tile features
- Events – links to the Careers events page
- Internships – provides information about internships offered by King’s Internships
- Search JobOnline Vacanices – allows you to search JobOnline vacancies and set and save your preferences.

ChargeBox® is a secure smartphone and tablet charging station. The ChargeBox® Locations tile displays the locations of all ChargeBoxes provided to students and staff at King’s.

Provides information and a link for students to access their Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR).
A guide to your Student Union and how you can get involved.
Provides a link to KEATS, King’s primary web-based online learning environment.
Search for and reserve/renew your library books. Keep track of what you have loaned and what your outstanding fines are.
News/Events including RSS Feeds and Videos
Search all our Campuses for locations (such as food outlets, Student Computing rooms, accommodation, libraries) and get directions between them (and from where you are now).
The app is updated weekly with news items and events to keep you up-to-date with what’s happening around the university. You can also access videos posted on the official King’s College London YouTube Channel and set up a personalised list of RSS feeds reflecting the parts of King’s that matter to you.
Provides a link to Outlook 365 where you can access your King's email.
Allows you to find out the number of PCs available/occupied in all student computing areas located across each of the campuses.
Find contact details for staff at King’s and add them to your device’s contacts.
Access vital guidance on the university including:
Key university information - Gives you information about some of the key areas in the university e.g. dates, exams, graduation, IT, King’s Sport, Library.
Support available - Provides you with details on the various support services which are available to you e.g. counselling, disability advice, funding.
Personal development opportunities - Gives details of extra-curricular opportunities available for you within the university e.g. AKC, King’s Experience, Modern Languages, Student Ambassador Scheme.

Links to the “Have your say” internal webpage (login required) which allows you to provide feedback about the app and any other experiences of support services at King’s. Travelling Around London
The app should display all of your centrally booked lectures, tutorials, seminars and practicals if you are a taught student from the following Faculties:
• Natural & Mathematical Sciences
• Arts & Humanities
• Social Science & Political Policy
This feature is continuing to be developed and is being rolled out progessively to Faculties and Departments.
Provides you with links to useful websites to assist you when you are travelling to, from or between campuses. It includes links to TfL journey planner, public transport status updates and the TfL Student Guide to Travel in London.
Lists various numbers you may find useful during your time at the university along with a quick call option (green phone image). N.b. this option will only work on devices which are able to make calls.
