Craig Oliphant OBE, SAFERWORLD, Senior Adviser, Europe/Central Asia. Until the end of 2010, he worked in the diplomatic service and was Head of the Eastern Research Group in the Foreign Office, focusing on the South Caucasus and protracted conflicts. Craig has held posts in at NATO as an adviser on Russia/FSU and as a regional adviser to the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities.
