As London celebrates Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee and hosts the 2012 Olympic Games, the city finds itself, not for the first time, the focus of world attention. In our summer exhibition we look at other occasions when the world has come to London to join in ceremony and celebration: coronations, international exhibitions and earlier Olympiads.

Opening hours: 09.30 – 17.00
Monday – Saturday until 21 July;
Monday – Friday from 23 July to 14 September;

Monday – Saturday from 15 to 26 September.

The exhibition is closed on Sundays.
