An Invitation to all King’s College, Institute of Psychiatry and BRC staff

This drop-in clinic is suitable for anyone interested in learning more about protein separation and mass spectrometry approaches for the analysis of proteins, peptides and their modifications. These meetings provide a forum for discussing current or planned experiments and include a brief tour of the laboratory.
 
The Facility is equipped with MALDI-TOF and LC/MS/MS instrumentation and bioinformatics tools to enable:
 
  • Protein Identification
  • Protein and peptide quantitation
  • Biomarker discovery and verification
  • Characterisation of post translational modifications
