Christine Ayre
Christine joined the College in 2005. She has a BA in Linguistics from the University of York and a BA in Graphic Design from the London College of Printing.
Early in her design career she designed and implemented the Cambridge University Press corporate identity with Banks & Miles, and worked on (amongst others) the Filofax, De Montfort University and University of North London accounts at Coley Porter Bell. She has designed widely for King's and private clients across the health, education and retail sectors.
She managed the King's team of in-house graphic designers for five years until this provision was discontinued in 2010. In her current role as Head of Corporate Design she ensures quality across all use of the corporate visual identity and oversees the work of external creative providers.
