Christmas Lectures 2014
We are delighted to announce the line up of speakers and titles for the 2014 Christmas Lectures in the Faculty of Natural & Mathematical Sciences, which will take place on Tuesday 9 December.
Delivered in our newly renovated Great Hall at our Strand campus, our Christmas Lectures showcase teaching and learning in the Faculty of Natural & Mathematical Sciences, across our Departments of Chemistry, Informatics, Mathematics, Physics and Biomedical Engineering. Aimed at 15-17 year olds, our lectures give a Christmas theme to current areas of interest in science and mathematics.
The programme for this year's series will also include interactive activities including a Christmas-themed science quiz and exhibits from our departments.
