Research in the Division
Research within the Division of Engineering is mainly concentrated in the areas of Communications, Digital Signal Processing, Fluid Mechanics, Materials, Robotics, Bio-Engineering and Intelligent Systems.

Please note that as part of the restructuring of the School, the Centre for Telecommunications Research and Centre for Robotics Research are joining the Department of Informatics, and members of the Materials Research Group are joining the Experimental Biophysics & Nanotechnology, and Materials & Molecular Modelling research groups in the Department of Physics.
