Big Bang Fair
The Physics Department is involved in this year’s Big Bang Fair being held at the ExCel centre in London’s Dockland, 10-12 March. The idea of the event is to attract school children of all ages into science. The Department, along with colleagues from Imperial, University, Queen Mary and Royal Holloway Colleges, is sharing an area with the Institute of Physics. We will be demonstrating an active area of research in the Department, based around the work of Dr Klaus Suhling in fluorescence imaging.
