Advanced Paediatrics

Advanced Paediatrics is a multidisciplinary degree designed for doctors, nurses and allied health professionals. Content is research and evidence-based and will give students a detailed understanding of research methods and statistics applied to child health, the ability to conduct methodologically robust research projects and advanced knowledge of the management processes in modern NHS Trusts.

• The content of the Advanced Paediatrics MSc programme reflects the expertise of King's Health Partners staff, who together provide clinical services to one quarter of the population in London, one of the world's most economically and socially diverse cities.
• Working closely together with the Paediatric Academic staff at St Georges Hospital to maximise the input to the programme from the whole of South London.
• The programme provides the opportunity to learn about leadership from some of the country's most inspirational clinical specialists.
• The candidates will undertake a research project supervised by an expert in their field, to complement detailed taught modules in specialist areas including Cardiology, Neonatology, Hepatology/Renal and Gastroenterology, Respiratory and Allergy, Paediatric Infectious Disease and Critical Care.
