For science graduates wishing to become physiotherapists. This is not appropriate for holders of any UK or overseas physiotherapy/physical therapy qualifications.
Clinically orientated with over the minimum requirement of 1,000 hours of professional practice and rigorous complementary academic content. We combine a strong emphasis on scientific research, evidence-based clinical practice and critical and analytical learning. We aim to produce physiotherapists who are capable of working in the changing healthcare environment. The programme integrates teaching and learning from core basic, psychological and social sciences with physiotherapy practice modules. Further modules include Reflection on Current Practice 1 and 2, Rehabilitation & Exercise, and a Research Project.
