Analysis

DESCRIPTION

Much of the research in analysis conducted here at King's is related to differential equations and operator theory. It ranges from computational spectral analysis to microlocal analysis and associated problems of geometry, and from abstract theory of operators on a Hilbert space to applications of complex analysis, functional analysis and geometry to nonlinear partial differential equations.

Interests:
My mathematical interests lie between spectral theory and geometry. I have studied spectral and other properties of differential operators on manifolds in connection with geometric properties of the manifolds. Some of my recent work is connected with convex analysis, the abstract theory of operators on a Hilbert space and their applications to problems of spectral theory.
