Human Resource Management, Employment Relations & Organisational Behaviour

DESCRIPTION
Members of the Human Resource Management (HRM), Employment Relations and Organizational Behaviour group conduct theoretical, empirical and applied research which, broadly, covers contemporary developments in some of the core areas of management theory, policy and practice. The scope and depth of the research is extensive. Since it is highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary and methodologically diverse, we regard it as a particular departmental strength.\r\n

Areas of current research include: human resource management and performance, contemporary employment relations, service work and service workers, managing the new workforce, new roles and careers in modern organizations, workforce diversity, psychological contracts and worker well-being.
