Applicants should normally possess a minimum of an upper second class honours (2:1) degree from a UK university or the overseas equivalent. Applicants obtaining less than an upper second class honours in their first degree must have achieved at least a merit classification at master’s degree level. Applicants whose qualifications have been gained outside of the United Kingdom will be checked by the Health Schools Admissions Centre to establish equivalency with these standards before an offer is sent and applicants will need to demonstrate at interview that their background and experience, general education and scholarship are appropriate. All applicants are required to comply with King's College London English language entry requirements for Biomedical and Health Sciences, described at: http://www.kcl.ac.uk/study/pg/admissions/requirements/language.aspx
