Law with Transnational Legal Studies LLB

I decided to study law at King's because of the exceptional reputation of the law school and because of its Central London location. I was excited by the possibility of studying and socialising in an exciting city that offers brilliant nightlife, shopping and cultural experiences. Furthermore, the career opportunities London has to offer as a global legal and financial hub is a great attraction for any student thinking about the possibility of a career in the commercial world.

My decision to take a year out of my LLB to study at the Georgetown University founded Center for Transnational Legal Studies, representing King's with three fellow students, was a fulfilling experience, educationally and personally. The course offers King's students the opportunity to learn about cross-border legal issues alongside professors, practitioners and students from some of the highest regarded law schools around the world.

King's offers students plenty of opportunities to get involved with extracurricular activities. I decided to help out with the KCL READ International society and became a member of the Law Society and the KCL Business Club. After graduation I hope to qualify as a solicitor at a City firm and I am sure my King's degree will be my greatest asset when pursuing this goal.
