Applicants must be qualified nurses with a current registration either in the UK or home country.
A minimum of 120 credits at level 4 are required to enter the programme. Applicants are advised to contact the programme leader to discuss their personal qualification and experience in relation to the entry requirements. In addition an overall score of 6.0 on the IELTS, a minimum of 5.5 in anyone of the components of IELTS, is required.
International students with a registration in nursing are eligible to undertake the Diploma Higher Education Nursing Practice on a full time basis to achieve 120 credits at level 5. This can also allow them entry to the BSc nursing programme if they wish to further their academic study at King’s.
