New collaboration with Peking
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between King’s College London Dental Institute and Peking University School of Stomatology. Dean Tao Xu signed the agreement for the Peking University School of Stomatology, while Professor Nairn Wilson signed on behalf of the Dental Institute during a ceremony in Beijing, China, attended by the senior academic staff of the School of Stomatology. The MoU makes provision for general cooperation to support collaborative research, including the sponsoring of PhD students, and of undergraduate student exchange.
In commenting on the new collaboration, Professor Wilson said, ‘I believe the signing of the MoU has put the Dental Institute in a strong position to be the centre in Europe with which the Peking University School of Stomatology would most wish to develop a range of collaborative activities. The Institute looks forward to developing strong links with the Peking University School of Stomatology.’
