English Department Poetry Reading Group

Painting of standing figures The Poetry Reading Group exists for the pleasures of reading poetry aloud and hearing it in spoken form. We are interested in poetry from any period and genre, and look forward to lively discussions following our readings (our only rule is that we do not read our own work...).

We meet on Wednesday evenings in the English Department Seminar Room (S2.39, 2nd floor Strand building) 18.00 - 20.00.

Wine and nibbles will be served.  All welcome!

Please contact Alison Wood if you would like to attend, or know more about the group.
