The Shows of London Nineteenth-Century Group

Shows of London The Shows of London Group is a mixed group of academics and postgraduates at King’s College London and the Courtauld Institute who are interested in the entertainment and display cultures of nineteenth-century London, urban cultures, and technologies of spectacle and consumption.  We meet three times each semester to discuss particular works on these topics and the broad methodological issues that they raise.

For further information contact Josephine McDonagh or Tammy Ho Lai-Ming.
