How to book

You should book individually by quoting the reference number "244552" and the group name "BSA 2009".

You can either make a booking by completing the Accommodation Enquiry Form (below) and return it to bankside@lse.ac.uk or by telephone on +44 (0) 207 107 5757. If you book by telephone, you must quote the reference number and group name in order to get the discount rate.

Payment

Full payment on reservation must be made by you in order to confirm the booking. The payment is refundable only if you cancel your booking within 5 working days after the initial booking was made. If the period of 5 working dates has expired no refund will be given under any circumstances. The cancellation must be in writing.

If you wish to pay by card, you should fill in the card authorisation form which is attached in the Accommodation Enquiry Form (below). The card details will be destroyed after processing the payment.

Discounted rates for BSA 2009 conference delegates are listed below and are inclusive of breakfast and VAT.

Single room with shared bathroom(shared bathroom between two people) @ £36.00
Single room with private bathroom @ £48.00
Twin room with private bathroom @ £60.00
Triple room with private bathroom @ £86.00
Quad room with private bathroom @ £96.00

The discount rate is available until 11 June 2009.
