Negotiation Workshop 2011

Three-day intensive training in negotiation skills and theory covering the Harvard Principled Negotiation model and the Three Tensions model.
The training will be focused on interpersonal and analytical skills through experiential learning. Each day the participants will negotiate at least two cases, work in small discussion groups under the supervision of the instructor and teaching assistants, and participate in one or two Socratic-type lectures in plenary sessions.
