The Department of Nursing Studies, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong organised the first Hong Kong Nursing Forum on the 12 July 2007. The forum was entitled 'Enhancing Quality of Care: Pathway to the Future'.
Professor Anne Marie Rafferty gave a presentation on 'Nursing Staffing and Mortality in English Hospitals: Findings from a Cross-National Study'.
The other overseas speaker, Professor Ada Sue Hinshaw, School of Nursing, University of Michigan, USA, gave a presentation on 'Nursing Research Shaping Professional Practice and Health Policy'.
