Data Management Group (DMG)

The Data Management Group (DMG) provides joined-up approach to improving and refining the School’s data management processes with the aim of data quality by avoiding duplication of effort and taking ownership of queries and problems raised by all groups of staff within the School. The group is chaired by the School Registrar and comprises a number of staff from administrative departments – the main objectives of the group are to:

• Respond effectively to data management queries from all staff.

• Represent the interests of the School on College data management committees.
 
• Identify and project-manage a number of long-term data management problems to resolution.

Please note that this account has been set up with an auto-responder informing the user that the request has been logged and that they will be contacted by a member of the DMG when the query has been dealt with, or if further information is required.

Service Level Agreement

• Level 1 queries (solved at source by administrator) maximum 3 working days

• Level 2 queries (referred to DMG) maximum 5 working days

• Level 3 queries (involving other departments) maximum 10 working days to resolution or comprehensive progress report.
