These programmes attain an academic level substantially beyond a Computer Science BSc in specialised areas, unlike
'conversion' MSc programmes, which are designed to provide a broad introduction to Computer Science for graduates of other disciplines.
Our MSc courses aim to produce graduates who will be better prepared for a professional or research-oriented career in Computing, and who are equipped with the conceptual foundations for further intellectual development, and who will be able to adapt readily to changing circumstances.
