Teaching excellence award winner

Dr Rod Dacombe Dr Rod Dacombe, Deputy Director of the MSc in Public Services Policy and Management, has won the Teaching Excellence Award 2008-9, for the School of Social Science and Public Policy.
 
The Teaching Excellence Awards provide an opportunity for King's students studying on undergraduate and taught graduate programmes, and for Heads of Department, to nominate a member or members of teaching staff for a Teaching Excellence Award.
 
These Awards are made as part of the College's Learning and Teaching Strategy which aims to enhance the quality of teaching across the College.
 
Each of the College's ten Schools has an Award of £1,000 which can be given to an individual member of staff or shared between two or more staff.
