International Women's Day

The International Women’s Day will be celebrated on 8 March 2010. To mark this occasion Reuters Dr Elisabeth Kelan anchored their follow-the-sun blog from 11am to noon. She also wrote a blog post for the Reuters Great Debate and was featured in ABCNews. On 9 March 2010 Elisabeth Kelan joins the United National Global Compact and UNIFEM as a panelist for the launch of the Women’s Empowerment Principles. The conference takes place in New York. Following from that Elisabeth Kelan will travel to Vienna to speak at the World Diversity Leadership Summit Europe at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance where she will talk about generational diversity in the workplace and gender in organizations.
