London Providers' Training
London Providers Mentor Training is for school staff new to mentoring and those who wish to develop in their roles as mentors. As a Subject Mentor supporting King’s PGCE students, you should plan to attend this training as long as you fulfil the prerequisites outlined in the London Providers Mentor Training Framework. If you have previously attended one of these days, you do not need to do so again.
Training Dates for 2011-12
Stage 1: 28 September
12 January
Stage 2.1: 1 December
Stage 2.2: 1 February
All of the above training days will be held from 10:00-15:30 with registration, tea and coffee from 09:30 and lunch from 12:30-13:30 at the King’s Waterloo Campus, Franklin-Wilkins Building, Stamford Street, London SE1 9HN
ALL public transport costs are reimbursed school receive a contribution towards supply cover (£110 per mentor).
