A father and son, both practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine in Yunnan province, fight a local epidemic while working through family and professional conflicts.
The screening will be followed by a panel discussion.

Professor Dr Bo-Ying Ma
Professor Ma is Chairman of FTCM (UK Federation for Traditional Chinese Medicine). He was born in Dongyang, Zhejiang Province, China. He is a full professor of Shanghai Medical University, and of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is a committee member of the academic experts council of Shanghai Medical University, of Shanghai TCM University and Academy. He is a visiting professor of Kingston University, a Life-Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, UK, a deputy chairman of the Pan-European Federation of Consultants in TCM, and an Executive Council Member of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies.
Professor Peter Hylands
Professor Hylands is Head of the Department of Pharmacy at King's, and Joint Head of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Science. He has many years experience in natural product research and development, with an emphasis on the isolation and structural determination of novel bioactive compounds, both in academia and industry. He has led multidisciplinary research programmes in Europe, the Americas and various Asian countries and has been an invited speaker all over the world. His current research interests are focused on innovative chemometric metabonomic approaches to natural product research, notably the standardisation of plant extracts.
