Dr Michael Fischer is an experienced organisational development consultant. He has previously worked as a healthcare consultant and senior manager within the NHS. His research and consultancy interests focus on interorganisational relations, whole-system development, and management innovation in public service organizations. He has particular interest and experience of working with organisations in trouble and crisis. He has particular expertise in multi-party collaboration and stakeholder engagement in creating strategic change.
