Schnyder, Dr Gerhard

Description
Research interests include: interplay between institutional and corporate change in the field of corporate governance. Using a historical institutionalist approach, he analyses the way in which institutions influence corporate actors' behaviour and how this behaviour, in turn, shapes the institutional setting. He adopts a comparative perspective with a focus mainly on small European states.
