Robert Bieber is a retired solicitor and magistrate, having professional interests in the fields of charity, family and mental welfare
He is Deputy Chairman of Combat Stress (the Ex-Services Mental Welfare Society) of which he is its historian and a regular spokesman. An involvement stemming for judicial observation of the number of veterans appearing before the Courts demonstrating issues raising concerns as to their mental health.
He is a trustee of a number of other charities including the Royal London Society which supports serving prisoners; aiming to equip them with employable skills on discharge.
Mr. Bieber obtained his MA in War Studies from King's in 2010.
