The European Centre for Energy and Resource Security (EUCERS) is introducing a new publication series for young academics and researchers.

The first Strategy Paper in the Young Researcher Series on "Energy politics, pipelines and the Black Sea basin: On the route to diversification of EU energy sources" by Maria Kottari, Vlad Popovici and Jaroslaw Wisniewski is out now and can be downloaded here.
