War Studies Online programmes

War Studies Online currently offers two Masters-level degree programmes: MA War in the Modern World and MA Air Power in the Modern World. A Diploma award is also offered for both.

Graduates of either programme receive either a King’s College London Masters degree, or a Diploma.

Programme duration

War in the Modern World and Air Power in the Modern World are two-year part-time MA degree programmes. You complete your taught modules in two academic years and have nine months to write your dissertation. Masters students have up to six years to complete a part-time degree programme.

The Diploma is a two-year part-time award and students have up to four years to complete.
