Teaching and student engagement
The Policy Institute at King’s engages with students from across the university in a number of different ways. In doing so, the Policy Institute’s aim is to incubate new approaches to teaching and education in order to:
- embed policy analysis and communication skills for both students and staff across King’s;
- encourage new connections between policymakers, business and academia;
- enhance employability skills and broaden the networks open to King’s students.
At the heart of our work is the mandate to draw on the innovation and intellectual capacity of King’s students and staff in service to society. In doing so, we not only play an important role in bringing excellent research and policymaking closer together, but also enhance the student experience.
