Module description


  • To develop students’ work-related knowledge, skills and capabilities via a pre-approved and monitored internship placement within an approved host organisation, in the UK or abroad.
  • To develop students’ understanding of business and/or policy environments, organisational structures and working practices relevant to a particular industry sector through work-based learning, reflective learning and field research.
  • To develop students’ understanding of the knowledge, skills and capabilities needed to support further career development in a particular industry.
