two-year programmes

If you want to study your master’s at King’s, receive a guaranteed conditional master’s offer and/or focus on your academic subject in your Pre-Masters year then look at the two-year programmes.

Pre-Masters programme

Our General Pre-Masters Programme is aimed at students who wish to study at top UK universities and who need to improve their linguistic and study skills before starting their graduate study.

The foundation programme prepares you for your undergraduate degree programme and combines study in your chosen academic subject pathway with academic English and study skills. By the end of the programme, you will have the subject knowledge, academic skills and linguistic ability necessary for successful undergraduate study.

pre-sessional courses

The Pre-sessional courses run throughout the summer (June-September) for 12, 8 or 5 weeks and are open to all international students who are planning to study at King’s or other UK universities.

short courses

The Cambridge short courses are aimed at developing English grammar and communication skills of participants whose first language is not English.
