The end-of-course assessment comprises a 1,750 word written project, an oral presentation and a final exam. The final exam consists of a reading comprehension paper, a listening paper and a writing paper. You will receive a final mark based on your written project (45%) oral presentation (15%) and exam (40%).

Students studying on the 18, 13, and 9  week programmes will submit several formative writing, presentation and other academic tasks to help them to develop the necessary skills for successful completion of the Pre-sessional course. Marks awarded for these tasks do not count towards the final grade. Students on the five week programe will complete the final assessment only.

 
All students with a conditional offer to study at King’s must meet the minimum English language requirement for their programme as stated on their offer letter.
