Who is the support for?

The support is for students who feel they would benefit from input on academic language and study skills to make the most of their time at King’s. If you are not sure which programme to follow, please have a look at the diagnostic task on the following page.


in-sessional support

This support is for you if your first language is not English and you would like some help in improving and developing your academic English and study skills.

The Study Skills programme is for you if you are a native (or near native) English speaker and want to develop your academic skills and study skills.

one to one tutorial

These one-to-one sessions offer you the opportunity to have a face to face session with an adviser from the English Language Centre.
