MOOCs

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are designed for unlimited participation via the web. They allow subjects to be taught using conventional methods and other media, including video, as well as providing a community for discussions around core topics.

In partnership with FutureLearn, King’s have created a series of free short online courses, hosted by some of our departments. If you sign up for one of our courses, you will have the chance to take part in online discussions, quizzes and scored tests. You'll also have the opportunity to take exams and acquire a statement of accomplishment once the course is complete.

You do not need to be a current student to take part, and our courses are perfect for people with demanding working hours and daily routines.

For more information about MOOCs, visit FutureLearn's website.
