The fees quoted for the King's residences are the standard rates per person or where applicable, per couple, in accordance with existing 40 week standard agreements.

2012-13 documents
The new fee schedule for 2012-13 has been confirmed for this coming academic year please read the cover notes and the fees for each residence and room type carefully.
My residence Information & Regulations entry 2012-13 is available online as a PDF and contains lots of information about residence life. The residence regulations are included in the guide and it is important that you have read and understood these before you accept an offer of accommodation. Once you have accepted a place in residence you have agreed to abide by the regulations.

My Accommodation brochure: 2012 Entry
The 'My accommodation' brochure is the King's guide to accommodation at the College, Unite and Intercollegiate residences. There is also information about living in the private rented sector as not all students will live in residences.
Prospective students can access a PDF copy of 'My accommodation' or an interactive digital version which aims to help students in applying for College accommodation and in finding suitable accommodation in London.
