King’s is pleased to offer guided campus tours of four of our five river-side campuses. Visit us to find out more about King’s, our world-class teaching and research, outstanding facilities and excellent student experience.

Guy's Campus

King's College London's Guy's Campus

For visitors interested in studying in one of the following faculties, we would like to invite you to attend our Guy's campus tour, taking place every weekday (except bank holidays and other selected dates):

  • Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine

  • Dental Institute

  • Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience

  • Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery

On the day, please arrive at the main reception of New Hunt's House, Guy's Campus at 2.20pm. A King's student ambassador will meet you there. The tour will commence at 2.30pm sharp and last around one hour.

On Wednesdays and Fridays, students attending a Guy's Campus tour will also have the option to visit our Waterloo Campus. Please see below for further information.

Strand Campus

King's College London Strand Campus

For visitors interested in studying in one of the following faculties, we would like to invite you to attend our Strand campus tour, taking place every weekday (except bank holidays and other selected dates):

  • Faculty of Arts & Humanities

  • Faculty of Natural & Mathematical Sciences

  • Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy

  • The Dickson Poon School of Law

On the day, please arrive at the main reception of Strand Campus at 2.20pm. A King's student ambassador will meet you there. The tour will commence at 2.30pm sharp and last around one hour.

On Wednesdays and Fridays, students attending a Strand Campus tour will also have the option to visit our Waterloo Campus or Maughan Library. Please see below for further information.

Maughan Library and Waterloo Campus

On Wednesdays and Fridays:

  • Students attending a Strand Campus tour are encouraged to join an optional additional tour of our Maughan Library, the main research library at King's for humanities, law and science. Alternatively, students interested in studying English language and linguistics are encouraged to attend a Waterloo Campus tour, the main teaching campus for this subject at King's. 
  • Students attending a Guy's Campus tour who are interested in studying nutrition & dietetics, nursing, midwifery or pharmaceutical sciences are encouraged to join an optional additional tour of our Waterloo Campus, where students for these subjects would undertake some teaching. 

To join either tour, please book a Strand or Guy's tour as appropriate above for any Wednesday or Friday. Please meet the King's student ambassador at the main entrance to the Maughan Library or the main reception of the Franklin Wilkins Building, Waterloo Campus. Both tours begin at 4pm and last for around 20-30 minutes.

Postgraduate tours

We offer postgraduate campus tours once a month. These tours focus on topics which are relevant to prospective postgraduate students, and are led by a current King's master's or PhD student. 

Tours of Guy's, Strand and Denmark Hill campuses run normally during the afternoon on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Please select which campus to visit based on your department of interest.

Unfortunately it is not possible to include accommodation or departmental visits as part of the campus tours above. If you would like to speak to our Admissions Office or Residences team, you can drop by their office before or after your tour. Please see below for further details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer guided campus tours for school groups. If you are interested in arranging a school visit to King’s, please contact our Schools and College Liaison team.

Visitors from outside the UK

If you are a European or international student and would like to visit one of our campuses, please book one of our scheduled campus tours directly.
