Dr Katherine Sleeman


Katherine Sleeman is an NIHR Clinician Scientist in palliative medicine at the Cicely Saunders Institute. Her work focuses on the use of routinely collected data to understand and improve end of life care. She completed a PhD at the Institute of Cancer Research in 2007, and joined King’s College London as an NIHR Clinical Lecturer in 2010. She is an Honorary Consultant in palliative medicine. Katherine is an elected representative on King’s College London Academic Board, academic representative for the Royal Marsden Partners Vanguard (palliative care section), and she sits on the Academic Careers Committee of the Academy of Medical Sciences.
