The move-in weekend will be 18th/19th September. If you'd like to arrive earlier, you can arrive from 13th September by adding the Early Arrival week to your contract. You will be required to complete our mandatory Health & Safety Induction and book your arrival date and time using the accommodation portal. Prior to your contract start date we will email you with instructions on how to complete the online induction and book your arrival slot. Time slots will be controlled in order for us to allow for social distancing.

You will be able to arrive as of the 13th September by adding an Early Arrival week to your booking. You will be required to complete our mandatory Health & Safety Induction and book your arrival date and time using the accommodation portal. In exceptional circumstances, you may be able to arrive earlier by contacting kingsresidences@kcl.ac.uk to discuss your options. You will be supported through your self-isolation in residences by our welfare team and a supply of basic provisions.

You can arrive any time after this date, but your rent will be charged from 13th September.

Yes, you will be charged at your contracted daily rate while you are in residences.

If you fail to arrive in residences at the date you have indicated and subsequently decide not to move into your room, the cancellation policy detailed in clause 6.1 of your Licence Agreement will be followed.
