About the AHRI
The Arts and Humanities Research Institute (AHRI) is a hub to foster innovative interdisciplinary research across the Faculty and beyond. Its main areas of responsibility are towards the Faculty’s interdisciplinary research centres and projects; towards its postdoctoral researchers; and to provide a platform for public engagement.
The AHRI provides administrative support for the active programmes of conferences, seminars and lectures and other public events put on by the interdisciplinary research centres. It offers postdoctoral research fellowships when possible. It organises an early career researcher network, and associated postdoctoral research seminar. And it organises the annual Arts and Humanities Festival, as well as a programme of inaugural lectures in the Faculty, to showcase the dynamism, intellectual rigour, and creativity of Arts and Humanities research at King’s.
The AHRI works closely with Cultural at King's to help researchers collaborate with artists and cultural partners.
