Arts & Humanities Research Institute

AHRI Re-naming Competition

Come up with a new name and win £100!

We are redesigning the Faculty’s Arts & Humanities Research Institute, which supports interdisciplinary and collaborative research, hosts research centres and visiting scholars, and runs academic and public engagement events such as Conferences, Lectures and Arts & Humanities Festivals. Its new incarnation will also incubate grant projects, and involve students at all levels in research activities.
To find out more about the AHRI and our centres, have a look around our webpages.

As part of the consultation and design process, we are running a competition to choose a new name. It could be a catchy acronym, engaging concept, or crisp description. The competition is open to all. The authors of the five best entries will receive a prize of £50 each, and will be invited to pitch their idea briefly to an audience, who will vote for the winner. The winning entry will be awarded £100.
