  • To plan and coordinate the events portfolio of the Arts & Humanities Research Institute, and to ensure their delivery
  • To set up, and develop, the AHRI’s strategy for delivering large and small-scale events in the Faculty
  • To undertake other projects for the AHRI and the Faculty as required, including the delivery of the Arts & Humanities Festival events 
  • To implement strategies for promoting the AHRI and its events through all relevant media, both internally and externally, working in partnership with the Faculty Publicity team.
  • To support the Institute Manager in managing the resources and finances of the Research Centres within AHRI:

Education and professional background

Laura studied Literature & Theatre Studies in Liverpool and went on to an MA in Advanced Theatre Practice at Central School of Speech and Drama. She worked in Advertising before moving into the HE sector, returning to CSSD as Events and Projects Administrator. She came to King's in 2010, joining the Alumni Relations team, before moving to the AHRI in 2011.
